03. Service Delivery

• Delivery via collaborative tools (Zoom/Teams/Meet, Miro, Notion)

• Midpoint check-in for multi-week projects

• Draft outputs shared for review with clear feedback loop

04. Completion

• Final outputs delivered in editable formats

• Feedback Survey issued

• Payments completed

05. Follow-up

• Follow-up meeting or additional follow-up tasks as identified during the project
